Synergy Custom Homes is a full service, residential construction company that can build your dream home from the ground up. Building a new home is often a daunting task, however, we can guide you every step of the way.

    Building a new home is always exciting. We make sure your home will withstand the test of time by building with pride and integrity. We do our best to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your home, by keeping you informed on the progress of your home. Building a home requires many decisions to be made by homeowners, such as paint colors, flooring styles and types, lighting, etc. We, along with many of the suppliers we work with, will help by pointing you in the right direction and giving you recommendations.

    From a complete tear down and rebuild to simply updating. We can completely revamp any and all areas of your home to make it better suite your needs. We like to include our homeowners in every decision in order to give you exactly what your looking for.

  • Additions

    Whether your wanting an entire living area, or just an extra bathroom. We specialize in many different additions. Adding on to an existing structure can be very difficult in many different aspects such as, matching existing rock and/ or stucco. We do our best to make sure your addition does not look like just an addition. When we are finished it will look like your home was built with the addition, inside and outside.

    We’ve done many detached buildings such as, Carports, Garages/Workshops, Metal Buildings, Mother-in-law suits, and Casitas. We will work with your budget to make sure you are happy with what ever it is you are looking to have done!

  • Outdoor Kitchens

    Outdoor kitchens require much thinking. Typically, our homeowners do not have a drawn up footprint of the layout of the outdoor kitchen, so in turn that responsibility fall on the builders shoulders. We’ve built many outdoor kitchens in the past, so we know what to look out for.

I went through a lot of contractors, who gave me the runaround, before deciding on One Synergy Custom Homes. All the other seem to think remodeling my 1947 farmhouse was impossible, but Jimmy at One Synergy Custom Homes was up for the challenge. He came out with the subcontractors to discuss every aspect of the process. He answers the phone every time I call, or gets back to me the same day. He welcomes all my questions. During building he would meet up with me at the house to go over what has been done and what is coming up in the next few week. The subcontractors he uses are very nice and also answer any questions I may have. He respected my design idea while also giving his expert opinions. I love all the work done. I have never regretted the decision to use One Synergy Custom Homes.

We hired Synergy Homes to do a 1400 sq ft additional to our existing custom rock home after we saw the quality of the work they did building our neighbors custom home. Our addition consisted of a 2nd master suite which included an office, bed room, 2 large walk-in closets, large bath room and sitting room. Also, another bedroom for my grandson and additional large family room were a part of this add on. The house now has 3800 sq ft. They also built a 2 car metal garage with a carport along with custom fencing. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with this add on!!! The quality of the work is outstanding. You cannot tell this house was ever added onto at all. We highly recommend Synergy Homes for any of your custom building needs!

Q: How much do you charge per square foot?

A: This is probably our most frequently asked question. Price per square foot varies due to each individual home’s designs, location, and homeowner’s needs/wants. Other variables include, Flooring, Appliances, Fixtures and other homeowners personal selects and requests. Contact us, and let us know what you want and we will let you know what we recommend.

Q: Where do I get floor plans?

A: We work with Hot Tin Roof Designs and Brian Smith Designers. They both do a great job at meeting with the homeowners and discussing floor plans and designs.

Q: Do our homes have structural and foundation engineering?

A: Yes

Q: How far do we travel?

A: Counties such as Wilson, Comal, Kendall, Medina, Frio, Atacosa, Karns, Bexar, Aransas and other surrounding counties.

Q: What is the minimum/maximum square foot home you build?

A: There is no minimum or maximum square footage. No home is too big or too small.

Q: Do you have lenders for interim and permanent financing?

A: Yes. We work with several lenders

Q: What if I don’t own land for my home yet?

A: We typically own a handful of lots for our homeowners to choose from. If we do not have a lot that you are interested in, we work with several realtors, who can help locate what you’re looking for.

Q: Do you install water wells?

A: Yes

Q: Are the homes you build energy efficient?

A: Yes. We use radiant barrier decking, which helps reduce heat in your attic. We install Low e windows, LED light bulbs, 15 sear energy efficient A/C units, R13 insulation in all exterior walls, R38 insulation in attic, and spray foam insulation available upon request.
